Now I have the perfect bag for weekend outing with Dania.  Previously I used to carry baby's bag which I don't prefer because of the babyness of the bag. This bag from Body Shop is just perfect. The color, the size, the usage. I just love it!  :

SIL engagement, part 2

So today is the engagement day. FIL & MIL had also decided to do doa selamat right after the event. Since early morning the ladies dah mula bertugas. Cutting onions, chillies, vegetables, chicken, meat etc. The menus are daging kicap(sedap!), lodeh(pun sedap), ayam masak merah, sayur goreng. For desserts homemade karipap and marble cake. Ramai la jugak rombongan pihak lelaki. Dah macam ari nikah. heheheh..
Anyway, the event went smoothly. Everybody's happy..especially my SIL la..Sengih2 je muka...

SIL engagement, part 1
|
|
We were back in Muar for SIL engagement. Arrived around noon. Everybody was waiting for us, not! everybody was waiting for Dania. Had wonderful lunch with crabs, prawns, tomyam.
At night, we had seafood BBQ. It was great but the BBQ was ready around almost midnite so everybody ate very little (I think the ladies la..the guys dh pulun sakan)  .
Then, dh tgh2 malam tu baru la nk siapkan hantaran la..pasang langsir, vacuum etc. So at last we all slept around 2am. Dania too..dia dh excited tgk ramai org, kemain susah nk tido.
Well, wait for next entry on the engagement day!

This is my cousin's (faiz) daughter. Puteri Amira Aishah. She is almost a year now. Was born in the same year dgn Dania tp awal la..bln 7. See her face and you can see her father's face. Macam fotokopi betul laa...

Happy Mother's Day
|
|
So this is my first time celebrating mother's day  . Suddenly I felt excited to celebrate it. (padahal before this I never celebrate it with my mum).
Hubby treated me lunch at Kenny Roger's, takeaway desserts from Secret Recipes and of cos he splurged some bucks on Vincci for me. regardless him nagging "kan dh byk kasut..."
A truly memorable day. Best best! 
To mama, happy mother's day. And to all mommies in the world, its never too late to wish ya'll happy mother's day!

Taman Negara 5-6 May 2007

Joined mama & papa for a business trip to Taman Negara. Dania too. Yes! I think she was the youngest tourist to Taman Negara being at 4 1/2 months. Hehehe...You go gal!
Stayed at Rainforest Resort. Quite a nice place.
On our back home, stopped at Jerantut and had lunch at Inderapura Kopitiam. Nice & cosy place. Siap ada gambar2 sultan dulu2. And a few antiques.
